This website is operated by Ikonic Property Consultants LLP (“we”, “us”), an authorised real estate channel partner registered with Haryana RERA (HRERA/PKL/REA/2348/2023). We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), the residence you are interested in and the items you request, such as a price list or private viewing. We also record the page you enquired from, the date and time, and your IP address, to prevent misuse.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to share price sheets, floor plans and availability, to arrange site visits, and to keep you informed about the residences you asked about. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Sharing

Your details may be shared with the developer of the project you enquired about, and with our own advisors, solely to assist you. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or a lawful request from an authority.

Consent to contact

By submitting a form you consent to being contacted by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the DND/NCPR list. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only essential browser storage needed for it to work. If analytics are enabled, they measure aggregate visits to improve the site and do not identify you personally. The location map loads from Google only when you choose to reveal it.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, and protect them with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

Your rights
